refund policy.
These terms apply to cabinet design and in-home measuring services purchased through Elevra Cabinetry, a service of Elevra Construction LLC. A written estimate, proposal, or signed contract controls if it includes different project-specific terms.
Cabinet design service
The $95 cabinet design service includes a brief project consultation and a completed cabinet design based on the information available for the project. The completed design is yours to keep. Revisions or additional design work outside the confirmed scope may require additional pricing.
In-home measuring
The $195 in-home measuring service is available for eligible projects within Elevra's confirmed Sarasota and Manatee County service area. Access, scheduling, project location, and the areas to be measured must be confirmed before the appointment.
Cancellations and refunds
Design and measuring fees are fully refundable when the service is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Once the consultation, design work, or measuring service has begun, the service fee is nonrefundable. If Elevra cancels or cannot provide the purchased service, the customer will receive a full refund of that service fee.
Cabinets and installation
Cabinet products, delivery, installation, remodeling, and other construction work are priced separately. Their scope, pricing, scheduling, payment terms, change procedures, and product-order conditions are established in the applicable estimate, proposal, or signed agreement before work moves forward.
